Always love the number based videos, you and the media team did a great job at presenting it tho. The music, tone, and graphics real went the extra mile. Love to see more like this! Thanks guys

What do your Augusta locations in the south do during winter? We do Christmas lights from 2nd of October until first week of January, then basically nothing until march

I am in Augusta, Ga. We provide winter services (debris collection, seasonal pruning, bed weeding) from the middle of November through February. Our slowest months are January and February. We start mowing again in March.

How do you send a monthly newsletter to your warm leads explaining to them that you offer fall cleanups? A big question but I'm doing that rn

Hey Mike, I pretty much bought all your content and I'm really bussy trying to implement all of it but I was wondering what books or courses you would recommend that would add to the info you have allready provided. It would really help a lot, thank you!

Mike I didn’t hear you address the situation where my business is struggling for cash and I don’t have 1 million leads coming through the door I suspect in that case my prices should be right up the middle not too high not too low my😢 closing rates about 60 now

Well kids when you do good work and people trust you, you do well. When you hire a bunch of low wage workers they treat you like a Walmart.
