What do your Augusta locations in the south do during winter? We do Christmas lights from 2nd of October until first week of January, then basically nothing until march

I am in Augusta, Ga. We provide winter services (debris collection, seasonal pruning, bed weeding) from the middle of November through February. Our slowest months are January and February. We start mowing again in March.

Mike I didn’t hear you address the situation where my business is struggling for cash and I don’t have 1 million leads coming through the door I suspect in that case my prices should be right up the middle not too high not too low my😢 closing rates about 60 now
