Cool idea for The Fantastic 4 movie galactus should be the main villain and kang should be a side villain the fantastic 4 should take place in another universe in that universe its the 1960s and Galactus is a multiversal celestial, galactus would eat that universe because its havimg an incursion with earth 616 the silver surfer helps the fantastic 4 escape that universe and travel to earth 616 kang would feature in a post credits scene similar to thanos in avengers 1 sitting on a throne in space

I really don't understand the "saving the mcu" narrative. Sure, they have had some disappointments, but every franchise has a stale point. Im excited to see the F4 and mutants, but they will fail if not written right. Much like the material of late. It's not the characters that failed but the writing, storylines, and development.

I’ve actually really enjoyed all the general show and movie concepts and overall plot points. For the most part they’ve been very unique and creative but the execution (writing, directing, crazy budgets, etc) has been questionable in many cases. I would love to see She-hulk back with better writing, interacting with the F4 at some point like in the comics.

I have actually enjoy the shows and movies so far. Yes some were not as well done as others but still were enjoyable. I don't go into watching a movie or show with high expectations because then you are sure to be disappointed. I do lay a lot of the blame to whoever thought it was great initiative to hire no name writers and directors for phase 4. Some did deliver but the majority did not perform to the level that even the casual Marvel fan expects.

Not sure how old you are but I would argue that the majority of Marvel comic fans know the FF4 origin and Many MCU fans do as well. That being said I guarantee their origin story is explained to some extent. They just are not going to spend an entire movie setting it up.

I was thinking about the Onslaught series when Franklin was involved. After onslaught the universe was reset where the group of heroes had to reconnect to each other. Once they all were connected the title changed to Heroes Reunited part 1 - 4. Then World War 3 came about part 1 - 4 and the final reset Heroes Reborn The Return part 1 - 4. Franklin had a play in it all.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Franklin was just recently proven by Professor X via cerebro to not be a mutant. He simply sub-consciously made himself a mutant by giving himself the X-gene.

I am very excited for this fantastic 4, I love this idea that they are already together as a team and not doing another origin story, I feel the origin stories kind of ruin Marvel now being this far in, its like the MCU didn't add in the Spiderman origin story and it leaves it up to your imagination which is surprisingly better! Little flash back now and again is always cool with the random nightmare haunting them of what happened...anyway I'm chatting on! I do love this idea that this version of them is further forward.

The reset as they say probably will happen in the end of avengers secret wars. The mutants and the fantastic four orgins will probably be inserted in the reset but that will probably be the extent of the changes.

I honestly don't know much about Franklin Richards. I am an original Secret Wars kid (I have all 12 issues from my Marvel subscription when they were released plus all the Spider-Man Symbiote suite issues). I mainly want them to make sure they nail the Fantastic Four characters. They were/are so iconic that the week movies they have put them in so far are just a travesty. Human Torch was always right there for me with Spider-man and Captain America as my favorite character. The banter between him and Ben Grimm was priceless. Plus, his Spider-man like wise cracking and inexperience due to age always getting him into sticky situations was a source of great and relatable content.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them do with Franklin what was done with Magneto at the end of X3; Franklin uses his powers just FLOORS everyone in the movie, and AT the movie/in the theater lol, and then he kinda faints and loses his powers, blah blah... And then a post credit scene, we see that maybe in his sleep, Something happens where it's quite blatantly implied his powers ain't totally gone. I mention "in his sleep" so as to not only have it that Franklin doesn't know that even a small sliver of his power is still there and will probably one day get back to full strength, but more importantly, its a way MCU writers have a way to "defend themselves" against angry fans who say "oh well, Franklin realized he didn't FULLY lose his powers during that lunch scene in his school cafeteria, why didn't Wong just ask Franklin to blink and destroy Dormammu and Nightmare," blah blah... Plus, they're KINDA doing that in the comics, where Franklin blocks himself from his powers all but one day a year, which awakens him, and he looks around time and sees what is coming and if/how he can help, etc...then he falls back asleep and his self imposed subconscious block goes back into effect, WITH amnesia peppered in lol, so he can go 364 days without knowing shit... Nice little cop out/break glass in case of emergency for Marvel to have that in place
