The King of Poisons thing is a mistranslation. What was said was that Sukuna hinself is a deadly poison when in his cursed item state (fingers). Yuji living as Sukuna's vessel is the equivalent of constantly warding off the deadliest poison (hence, Junpei's poison not being able to shake him).

The translation is very up to personal opinion. The official Japanese version has a half space in Sukuna's title meaning either "the king of curses, a deadly poison," or "the king of curses and deadly poisons" I personally believe it's the second translation as it's what's been published in all official media but technically it could be the first option as well.

The fact of the matter is that Gege has foreshadowed in the previous chapter that Sukuna is holding back because he knows he’s gonna get jumped if he wins. So yeah, Sukuna has at least 2 cards on his sleeve that he can pull but hasn’t yet. He might not like it, but he’s gonna have to show his hand to survive this fight against Gojo now. PS. I like the idea about yorozu's gift being poison. Very interesting. But, that said, I think what it does is something most people are avoiding talking about: Yorozu's gift can heal someone (to some extent). Thats my theory. And it doesnt even need to be used by sukuna, necessarily. Who's body is he sharing? Megumi. It would be poetic that the gift given to sukuna after killing Megumi's sister, is used to healed Megumi somehow.

There could also be a surprise from the 10 shadows technique because we know the power of Shikigami transfers from one Shikigami to another. So Mahoraga is destroyed now and Agito also which consisted like 5 Shikigamis so 2 more left if Sukuna had destroyed them too (not said but just speculation) it could be that the final power up that the user receives from 10 shadows is the user himself. Y'all should check the last chapter in detail. Notice madooka deer's antler's are not present for the last 5 panels of it's appearance. The antler appears at the beginning of the chapter on agito but when gojo says in his mind he was aiming for agito we stop seeing the antlers on agito. Could not have been a drawing mistake from gege because it's about 4 panels. And remember when he used divine dogs against yorozu the narrator speaks about keeping a shikigami in fluid shape to prevent it from being exorcised. When we see madooka deer it had solid antlers. But on agito it's fluid. So my theory is madooka deer was removed from agito my sukuna and will help heal him

Even though it has been said Gojo fights better alone and its been proven in this fight, I would like to see his students fight with him... to me that would be development for his character and finally a change of mindset that both methods can work depending on situations, he no longer is alone... if this happens this would be a great opportunity for Kenjaku to try to wipe all of them in one sweep or set them up for his trap. I want Gojo to fight Geto/Kenjaku. Its some thing that should have happen way back but didnt because Gojo wasnt ready and Yuuta fought Geto. It would come full circle Gojo fighting with his students standing beside him fulfilling his desire against Kenjaku and putting Geto body to rest. In this fight I can see Gojo dying with Geto/Kenjaku and the strongest duo restoring balance to the world. It would be "poetic" for the 2 both die together. personally, there are three things that still remaining: first as stated the yurozu tool, second megumi's domain expansion and finally a yuji sakuna confrontation. For most of the series gege did show that yuji is the only one sakuna is willing to talk in a personal level and yuji stating that he is willing to die to stop sakuna, so sakuna dying before that happens will be quite a bummer. As for the yurozu tool, it doesn't necessary need to be a weapon. yurozu throughout her fight against sakuna wanted to die by cleave and dismantle, as that's what describe sakuna the best so her trying to give him another means of attack seems to go against her own ideal. The tool maight be more of a healing/restoring type, or even maybe a armour ; something that might just help sakuna fight gojo at least physically. Finally, megumi's domain expansion, i don't gege would just make his domain be one of the only ones that does need a traditional barrier and have sakuna not be utilise it. If sakuna can use the ten shadows why stop him from its domain. the part about being able to use the technique of beings he eats with his open technique might play into this.

18:40 I think you are forgetting about Uraume. She might not be enough to helo in a fight but she could do two things. The first one is give herself to sukuna so sukuna trasnfers himself to one finger and takes over Uraume's body. This might resptabilsh some of his stamina and the brain damage suffered by megumi's body would'nt be tranfer (maybe) to Uraume's body. And honestly I am still on the thought that sukuna really thought up until feeling nervous for 1st time that he was in complete control of the battle. I think we are about to see a desperate sukuna a position we have never seen him in ever. We have only seen that from Gojo tbh i.e toji and similarly with sukuna. Sukuna needs to understand what true competition really is(Gojo). I still think it’s the classic troupe where the villain never had to use his whole bag until now. Cause clearly both sukuna and Gojo are extremely arrogant.idk just some food for thought. I still got sukuna winning though tbh. The most believable ass pull working against infinity is a mahoraga totality tbh. And he could use the box on the students however I think it’s only right that it is Gojo. Also note sukuna has never used chants and what not (revealing his cursed technique to make it stronger). His maximum techniques which he should have and possibly a reverse technique. None of these options you considered. Kenjaku bailing out sukuna would honestly spoil the whole fight and he would been better off dead tbh. Gege definitely won’t take that route and kenjaku can’t absorb sukuna cause is not a curse spirit and never was. King of curses doesn’t mean king of curse spirits. He was the king of curse techniques and curse energy as a whole. Sukuna literally only existed as the fingers since death so how could he be a curse spirit?3

I agree to think he would be nervous in the first place for the first time in a thousand years says a lot. Means he doesn't have any hope left except through his plan with Mahoraga. Then it says "Gojo wins the battle of the strongest" I think it's over thought by a lot because everyone thought he would die fighting him and that we don't know a lot about Sukuna or what he's truly capable of. We can't assume it's a potential misunderstanding or interpretation until we literally see it. @3:27 "Special grade weapons" Both the black wipe and sword of extermination are special grade tools but they word created in very specific and special situations 1. Miguel's village made it so because it's existence is commonly known amongst the Sorcerers you can make a loose argument for it 2. Mahoraga's sword of extermination is most definitely a special grade weapon because apon impact it exorcises any and all curses with positive energy. Like Miguel's black rope not only is it a one of one but it's seemingly bonded to Mahoraga's left arm. If someone were to detach it remove the wrappings that keep there the status of it would most definitely change. @3:42 we have to look what defines a special grade tool verse the average tool infused with cursed energy because it it's a fundamental difference. @4:17 "negating curse technique l" I heavily doubt that she could create some that could negate curse techniques especially since she focused all of her creations around mass and insects. From what we saw, unless she made him a capsule Corp pill that has some liquid armor inside I doubt she'd have the potential to do something so outside of her abilities. Because if she had the potential to she'd have force Sakuna to use his own technique more more.
