Thank you for sharing. I have an important question to ask....i use to think that ayurveda recommends that we should never have fruit and milk combination together...and am really confused about it as i have a little baby n i always preferred giving food according to ayurveda combinations.

I know it doesn’t have to be so rigid but according to Ayurveda fruit and yogurt is not a good food combination and does opposite to assist with digestion. These recipes absolutely look delicious!

Yea ... Fruits 100%sweet post digestion I've read are ok ... Like raisins, dates, coconut, Cooked sweet apple, sweet figs etc.. not citrus, any hint of acidic, mango, melon, banana even if it's sweet. Will curdle the milk upon digestion.🙏💓🙌

This is because loosing collagen in the tissue (if you have a lot ot strechmarks it shows). Eat 2-3 times a week jelly or bone soup .you could make a blood test for low copper too to make sure your body is produsing collagen fibers end put them on place. Use yoni egg to excercise the muscles from the inside 🙂 good luck!

Few years ago i suffered frm Yeast infection..on n off..itchy and Always have a smell which really makes me uneasy..need to constantly wash wit warm water to ease the itch..finally after surveying alot..i love yogurt since i was a kid n i didnt noe it will help to kill this yeast infection..have it religiously and till nw i maintain it ..n no yeast infection fr years nw ..thx fr the tips Doc ma

My mama taught me when I was younger. If you catch a yeast or any vaginal issues that didn’t come from sex. For yeast 3 days dip tampons in plain yogurt. Insert ang go to sleep
