I think the reason why Big A hates the game is because the genius, sophisticated dialogue and storylines go right over his head. I bought Paper Mario about a year ago and never played it until Atrioc inspired me. And wow, to say it was a revelation is an understatement. People will study and live by the principles and standards set by Paper Mario: Origami King in the same way they have the Bible. It is the invention of a moral fibre and higher thought not before present in humankind. It's also really, insanely fucking easy.

It’s a shame that Atrioc was so … at the combat in this game, since he otherwise could’ve probably enjoyed it. The story and dialogue can be pretty clever and funny, Atrioc even makes the same “shredded” pun the writers were setting up 3:54. I’d recommend everyone check out Dunkey’s video on the game since it really showcases the game’s strengths.
