@B_C, I am kinda 50/50 on whether or not it’s rigged. I can see why they would rig the KC game to have Swift there as she has brought in eyes of fans who don’t particularly care about football. On the other hand, there was also a storyline going on with Detroit that would have been huge for the city, and a feel good story for the league, but they got beat. Not only that, but the San Fran vs Detroit game was setup perfectly, as San Fran was the team they beat to get to and eventually win the NFL championship in 1957 (there was no SB at the time). There’s no motivation to have San Fran in the SB.

Many players have admitted the league is scripted. There's a video out here somewhere with clips of players not only admitting it's scripted but detailed their roles in the script. The one that blew my mind was a player saying his script was to play for four seasons and then he was to have a career ending leg injury. He was in his 6th year injury free and was confused as to why his script didn't work out correctly. You can't make that kind of stuff up the NFL is scripted as is all sports. No one really cares to do anything about it because it's big entertainment and even bigger profit.

The chiefs almost went to the Superbowl 4 times in a row because the refs missed an obvious pi call in the end zone when the Chiefs defender held onto the Bengals receiver. I think the NFL allowed the Bengals to win that game just because they knew it was too early for the Chiefs dynasty. Because if they win every single game, people would start questioning it.

The Ravens fans wanted to throw the ball and wanted real wide receivers, then they had like 5 first round wide receivers that they were SO proud of, and then along came the AFC Championship game in which Lamar and his coaches WANTED to showcase Lamar and how well he has progressed into a pocket passer, and then Lamar sucked very badly (big surprise), so their answer was to go out and get Derrick Henry - as if the problem was that they just didn't have a competent running back (they actually had THREE competent running backs in that game- and another on injured reserve). The problem was that the coaching staff and Lamar Jackson thought they were so good that they thought they could CHOOSE how to win the AFC Championship game. They wanted to show everybody how good of a pocket passer Lamar was, they wanted to prove that he was as good of a pocket passer as Mahomes. BIG FAIL. Acquiring Derrick Henry doesn't fix or even erase how incompetent the Ravens coaching staff AND Lamar Jackson are. Their heads got too big, and that is Lamar Jacksons biggest flaw, his head gets too big, and then he proves to everybody how he really isn't very good after all.

The calmest, nicest person on our hockey team punched the ref after the game for giving the other team the win in a tournament. He got suspended for a couple games the next season. Had I known, I'd have joined him. Turns out, ref was a wanted man over in BC, as we discovered the next season. The ref went to jail. Also, I'm just bleakly waiting for the day a ref in some sport gets killed by an angry fan. Fans are... fanatical by definition, and they can get quite unreasonably angry. With society being less stable than ever... yeah, a tragedy. Here's my prediction on the first incident: Toronto Maple Leafs make it to the Stanley Cup finals, refs favor an American team and it's obvious. Why I think that: 1) There are Leaf fans everywhere, even in China. They don't usually play against home team advantage, as they can feel at home most places. 2) Despite hockey being far less popular than baseball, the Leafs made more money than the New York Yankees a few years ago. 3) The leafs haven't won since 1967. That's a 77 year drought. 4) Gary Betmann (NHL Commissioner) is known for favoring American teams. 5) The Leafs get more unfair refereeing against them than any other team, save for the Detroit Red Wings on seasons when they've got a good team.

I use to watch the NFL consistently, now, I don't watch it at all. It has bought politics into the game and it is rigged, believe it or not.
