@@HellenaHanbasquet it’s a big risk but for whoever is handling it they should definitely reduce their exposure to it. Usually if you avoid contact with the surrounding skin there’s less of a chance of things going wrong but obviously it can still happen regardless of precautions.

@cooldad9370 I can appreciate a nail tech reducing exposure, that definitely makes sense. And skin is definitely more susceptible to reacting to allergens than nails, but the whole idea that it's OK to adhere to your nails but not touch with your fingers still leaves a lot of questions in my retired nurse brain. I can't find anything saying allergy risk is reduced once it's hardened, although this may be a possibility. But this product is touted as being able to be worn for a month or more. At that point allergy will occurr through the nail bed leading me to conclude that if you have to wear gloves for application, it probably shouldn't be something adhered to nails for a month or more.

@@HellenaHanbasquet I believe once it’s fully cured there’s a lot less of a risk of allergy developing so it’s important to cure it as soon as possible and not get the gel on any part of the skin, which a professional SHOULD be able to do. I don’t really ever get gel in the first place but I would never ever do it at home

Do NOT use your hands to touch this stuff, unless you have gloves on. Never touch gel products. But especially cheap 3 dollar gel products. But even you 35 dollar a bottle gels are not meant to be touched by the skin. I VERY SUPRISED, I would have expected her to say the same and I am a bit disappointed in her if im to be conpletly honest. Still live her, and aknolege she has alot more knowledge in nails as a whole. But I stand my ground on this issue.

Yes, you can make mini designs with this stuff, but do not use it and press on it with your hands without wearing gloves very unsafe
