Are they really working? I work in telecom. And I have in the past had to list out everything I did day by day and submit a weekly report. They do this when they are looking at headcount and roles and responsibilities. Of course, uNion members have no clue what it means to learn more skills, and improve, and get terminated, and re-train and find a new job and GROW. They just blackmail the employer for more money and stay stagnant. But anyway, If I was a government contractor or on the payroll and not doing any work, Hell I wouldn't quit either.
