Aww you just sparked a really special memory for me! @ “What is going on in that house!” In my old apartment building was two families from Napal, one of my best girlfriends and her parents from DRC, more friends from Cairo, my vegan cooking and, a few traditional American diet house holds! You could slowly walk down the hall in the evening and just smell ALL the spices, this amazing fusion of every ones dinners haha! Miss that! Good times all raising our kids together and sharing foods that brought joy!

I worked with a gentleman from Africa we would share our dinners. He had one that I have searching high an low. I don't know what it's called I was the only coworker that ate his super yummy spicy food. My favorite one don't like to says this but the sauce looked like baby pooh with chicken an peppers ( peppers that I learned do not eat just mix them an get some of the juices, well I ate the whole little red pepper HOT HOT HOT lol but still looking for this I need to find it an make I miss my African friend Edwin. He moved back to his home land
