I’ve got a new neighbor and she has a yard sale literally year round and she is always putting different things into it so I’ve found a lot of things that I love . She buys other peoples yard sale stuff and resells it so she has a little bit of everything .

Tip: if you see tape track recorders, as in home studios 4-8 tracks buy them. They are going like hot cakes on internet now. Repair is actually pretty cheap too and if you need to replace knobs or things like that, someone with a 3D printer can do that for you.

Those old screw jacks at 9:00 sell pretty well, anywhere from $40 to over $100. Old tools are one of my favorite things to find/sell, a lot of people completely skip over them, but you gotta know what to look for, there's a lot that aren't worth it
