Rain is a blessing in Southern Spain...the more..the merrier...a country..no matter how subject to overbearing summer temperatures...cannot control its weather for vacationing foreigners

Rain in Bonny Scotland or rain in Spain doesn't matter , still get bloody soaked . Funny thing is when it pisses down in the Highlands the more beautiful it becomes , truly a Spiritual Country .

I was in Benidorm mid April and one day it was particularly boiling, about 6pm, a torrential rain storm started for about half an hour.was a very welcome air clearer lol

The sky looked so eerie quite scary to me. I heard it has been so warm there. I hood it doesn’t continue & you enjoy your holiday. Was there the dust all over in the morning ?

We flew over from Glasgow Prestwick last night , as we approached Alicante the captain of the aircraft announced that it was too dangerous to attempt to land due to storms in the Alicante region and that he would circle Alicante for us to 45 mins to see if the storm would move elsewhere, same as 2 other aircraft were doing. Failing that, he said he'd land at Valencia . That did not fill us wae joy as we had a hire car booked . Anyway , after 45 mins of circling later, we landed ok. Eventually got to Catral, 20 mins drive before Torrevieja around midnight. Ohhh......and who did we see in Torrevieja today, eating at the Pizza restaurant just behind the fountain.......it was Karen with another woman. I said to the wife that I was going over to say hello......she said ' don't you dare ' haha. 😅
