Life in Jars?

Life in Jars?

4 жыл бұрын

In this video I show you what happens over time with tea. I've made five different teas, and they all grew different fungi and bacteria over time. We take a closer look at what happened, with a time-lapse and even microscope footage.
Enjoy!

Life in Jars? Errrrrr...... Might I recommend soaking them to the brim in almost boiling water for as long as possible? That’ll probably soften everything and make it easier to wash everything off with a sponge.... Of course.... This method means you’ll have to sacrifice a cauldron and that sounds like a waste.

There's species of mold specifically evolved to digest acidic/high tannin plants, where other molds can't. While the chemical content of many of those plants (tea, coffee, etc.) is a deterrent to most other life, something has to break them down eventually.
