Just got one of these yesterday. I have it hooked up to my Legion go. I can run ps4 games with mininal frame drops. However xbox 360 ganes have a stutter. And cant get the pinball games to work. This drive is worth it. Just a 12tb hhd is about $200 and its filled with a bunch of games and front-end that looks cool.

Do you think you can do a follow up looking at the non game files, and running some security software like malware bytes or Ccleaner? A lot of people are worried about the risk one of these drives pose, and you recommending finding the installers manually is a great tip for newer users, but I think also digging into the files would help too.

My best advice to you guys is ..if you're too lazy to download yourself then this drive is great. But it also includes lots of duplicates and crappy games. Just get a 4 tb hard drive and install launchbox (easier to manage and less of a visual headache) and select which games you want and leave the drive as a back up.

Can you or any of your subscribers explain the major differences between This Kinhank 12TB Hyperspin and Their Kinhank 12TB 5 in 1. Does one have better configuration features or does one glitch less than the other? I really want to know because how different can either 12TB system from the same brand (KINHANK) actually be. My dear sir, one question. Some emularors, for example: super nintendo mini and some others like the nintendo 64, at the moment one runs the game this "tv screen" that comes along with the game runs the game pixelled with some lines... as if I were running the game in an old tv... (scanlines option?) Is it possible to run the games as smooth as possible with these scanlines or retro pixel sensation? Is it possible to change one option to avoid that in all the games? It has to be on the computer. You can't go directly to the TV. It has Windows based emulators that you need to launch from the hard drive.

It's extremely big, but every game has 2 to 4 versions on it. You know the game. Ps. One bad thing The xbox original roms are all ps2 roms, the rest is legit.

Hi I saw you question bud. It will work with a mini pc but you want one with as best of a beefy cpu and videocard you can get. The better the processer and grafix the better the performance for the newer games.

So I honestly really considered buying this but then I realized I won't ever play EVERY SINGLE GAME for every console so it's much cheaper to just download all of the files myself. Especially since complete sets for the older systems are easy to find and take almost no time to download. And for more modern systems (like switch etc) I can just pick and choose the games I'll actually play. Tho for convenience this would definitely be worth buying.

some have retroarchievements you just need to add the roms in a folder map with ps1 etc not all games have archievements but most good games do you need to setup an account with api key in your launchbox

I got it running somewhat. I'm running this hard drive through my Beelink SER7 mini pc so I shouldn't have an issue, but basically every game I've tried to play runs slow. Doesn't matter if it's MAME 1943 or NES 1943. Both run slow and the audio matches the speed of the game. Does anyone have any idea why this is or how to fix it?

I got one a week or so ago, been messing around with it. Its a legit 12tb. I have about 250gb left of available space. so you can definitely add games if theyre small enough. But theres tons and I mean tons of duplicates, so if you spend time deleting the dupes, youll free up more space.
