Looks much better. You worked hard! If you don’t mind my suggestions, I’d suggest a few things for when you return to this property. The bushes (even after trim) at front walkway were impeding upon it and making it difficult to walk to front door. Though it might have seemed severe, they truly needed to be cut much further back behind end of concrete line. Also, the straggly tree/bush in front left part of house should have been fully removed. Not doing anything for curb appeal. Side house - Most all of that needs to be removed. Looks cluttered. Needs more definition. My 2 cents. Please don’t take this as a negative comment because it certainly is not. I see very well that you worked your behind off however, I am just offering suggestions to make it look more refined. I applaud you for taking this on…but, I am a STRONG believer in cutting bushes in NEGLECTED yards back just a bit more than a regularly attended yard because you never know when it will be tended to again and one last thing, walkways, paths and borders should never be imposed upon…. Just my opinion of course ! My opinion does not take away from acknowledging all the hard work you have done… God Bless You !

You did a lovely job trimming the bushes in front of the house. However, the homeowner should consider replacing/ removing the boxwoods by the walkway. Every foundation plant has a useful life expectancy and will outgrow their area. It's difficult to let them go sometimes, but when they block or impede passage they should be removed.
