Perk nailed it at the end! THEIR expectations are Finals appearance at least but the realistic expectations are 2nd round playoffs (maybe). This is why I kinda feel bad for JJ; he's inheriting a unrealistic scenario with a team already behind the 8 ball. I think he could be good if given the right runway but I doubt he gets it.
