Unsolicited stuff: Don't use the tree mulch anywhere you want tender plants to grow. They work around already established perennials, but not annuals. There are things in the sap and whatnot that kill plants, to create a natural weed block for the tree as it is growing. Hope this helps!

Yep I'm a victim of that too. Was working in a department store as a cashier and a guy came up to me and asked me when I was due. I told him I was pregnant with triplets and I was due in about 4 months. He asked me what I was going to name them and I asked him if he knew the show charmed. He said I kind of remember that show I said yeah I'm going to name the babies after them because I'm into that whole witchcraft kind of stuff and when people are kind of rude I like to put like little spells on them you know. I kind of dabble in that. I then said I'm not expecting any babies but disappointed you think I am. He left quickly. No I'm not into witch craft lol

A couple of years ago a older man asked me how for along I was, I told him 26weeks. My coworker ask me later why I didn’t tell the client I wasn’t pregnant. It would of been awkward for him and me, and I was never going to see him so why would I do that. 😅

​@matt9955 It's about body composition. She went from not working out at all to regular workouts with weightlifting. So she might still weigh the same or even more, but more of that weight comes from muscle now, which is denser than fat

Cutting out added sugars has the same effect on my appetite too. As soon as I eat something processed and sugary I become ravenous and it takes a few days to return back to normal. Every now and then it’s worth it but I can definitely see why people get off track and stay off track.

Yes cutting sugar is definitely a game changer, it also helps with mood swings! Also, only put trees with needles somewhere you want to have acidic soil (for fruits and veggies that taste a little bit acidic, aka blueberry, rasberry, tomatoes etc). Leaf mulch for alcalic, needles for acidic soil. Some plants only like one or the other

Finding workout clothes you don't have to fight with is such a great little way to make exercising not suck. The amount of frustration that I used to have from stopping mid-pilates to put my boob away finally convinced me to splurge on some real athletic wear, it was a GAME-CHANGER!

One idea that struck me when you were working out in the gym, is that I know it's unfinished right now, but I think it would be cool to make a living mural in that room! You could paint a little bit in it over time, perhaps related to goals or fun channel lore, and it can over time fill up the space! That way it makes it feel more lively and exciting to be in compared to just it being just a workout room.

Not that I've ever left you a comment about this before, but I'm so happy for you that you finally joined the onesie exercise get up! Through the years when I'd watch you exercising and having to adjust your clothes, I would constantly be like "gurl you need one of those onesie exercise thing to keep you all in so you don't have to keep adjusting". Definite game changer and glad to see you finally discovered it! I normally wear one and a pullover hoodie for extra heat to sweat more and to cover up my downtown front and back business - don't need people staring at me while I'm trying to exercise, haha. Omg that ornament is great! We bought a storage until that had a ton of stuff in it. There was a picture frame of a teenage boy posing for like a Christmas type picture there. My husband put it on our fireplace mantle and named him Lance. He told our kids it’s their cousin 😂 Lance has now been living on our mantle for 6 years!!

I am argentinean! Got to love chimichurri! Glad you like it. You can also do it with dry herb and let them soak in the olive oil and vinegar and it last forever. There are sone stores that sell the dry mix for it.
