I think your issue is that you don't have enough ox. They move the logs to the saw pit and you have 1 to do everything. Love the videos though.

EDIT: I think this is definitely the most likely thing that's happening! I was probably too impatient and built too much all over the place! :)

@@ReformistTM I was going to say you need to upgrade your hitching post to get more oxen and after you get one or two more, assign one to the farms.

After a close re-watch those families all had shed upgrades making it so they only worked at home instead of the assignment

Not sure if you know but you can make a big garden. Make a massive burgage plot and decrese it to only one house then build a garden.😄

trade logistics was changed because there was an exploit with sheep. Something to do with practically infinite and incredibly rapid game breaking wealth generation. They didnt want you to be able to arm your entire town with the best weapons and armour so easily.

you don't need to p;ace the hunter's lodge near to the animal resource. they can be in the village and just place the work area over the animal resource same for lumber camp

small farm plots work much better the ox can plow one while workers plow the others

The tutorial about farms says around 1.0 morgen is a good size (which is what I built). But I haven't done any experimenting myself. :)
