Zeke's special ability is that by consuming his spinal fluid he is able to yell to trigger those eldians into transforming into his special titans that he can command and that can move at night time (like all the ones seen during season 2 that came from Ragako Village). At the beginning of the episode Zeke explains how the Season 2 titan army appeared inside the wall (Cart carried Zeke and the group of bio-soldiers over the wall and they infected the entire village with Zeke's spinal fluid gas, allowing Zeke to transform all of them without needing to inject them directly) This comes back as the reveal of the Marleyan Wine that has been laced with his spinal fluid by Yelena's Volunteers who first came to help Paradis 3 years earlier. Which means the entire Paradis military leadership, officers, etc have been infected and could be turned into titans by Zeke at any moment. This is also the explanation for Season 4 Episode 1 when they drop the titans from the sky, its never explained how they were able to be injected without transforming right away, but thats because they ingested Zeke's spinal fluid instead of being injected with any other titan spinal fluid. Sasha's Parents took in a bunch of the orphans from Ragako and the surrounding villages with assistance from Historia and Levi's big adoption effort mentioned at the end of Season 3 Part 1 when Historia became queen. Even though Kaya isnt Sasha's blood relative; she still considers Sasha her big sister and Sasha's parents as her own, since she was adopted by them after Sasha saved her life in season 2. You noticed the twitch at the end of the Levi vs Beast Titan fight! It's not hugely important, but it is related to a thing that happens in a couple episodes.

With the use of the tainted wine, the yeagerists now have gained control. They have forced the opposition to comply with their demands. The only reason they didnt turn to titans when zeke screamed was because they were out of range. Zekes spinal fluid put into others allows him to control them once they become titans. Its like the founding titan but the only condition is that zeke has the subjects with his spinal fluid. It essentially connects them to him, like the coordinate. As for eren and his words against armin and mikasa, mikasa in particular, the idea was to push them away. But as i cant say why, think about what pyxis said to yelena. “To tell a good lie, you have to mix in a bit of the truth”. That may sound confusing, but you’ll understand much better. I hope this isnt spoiling anything for you
