21:55 they think of blue magic as "bad" because Gaster threatened to hurt them if they ever used blue magic on him. This same threat is what actually killed him when Papyrus tried to save him but couldn't use blue magic cause of the 🌟trama🌟

You see his hand turn blue for an instant and then it fizzles out as he remembers the consequences of using blue magic and stops before he actually uses it. It's pure irony as in effect even though Gaster didnt kill himself. The consequence of his actions was he died.

@ yeah I get that. But my thoughts were that papyrus was about to use it to save someone, when he remembers who was doing it to, and stops. Both approaches are equally valid but I think my idea is better because it adds more weight to papyrus action of not saving gaster. He finally understood that mercy sometimes is bad

23:19 It's not a "route" but the war with monsters that sealed them underground in the first place. In the beginning of the game it talks about how all the monsters that used to live on the surface were driven underground and a barrier was erected to seal them underground. Gaster was a survive of that war, the only skeleton to survive, and it's what led to his research on breaking the barrier that trapped all of monster kind

Dude you need to stop adding extra red flags you're in. The music is just adding notes of mystery, not omminus danger flags. Trust me you're in the calmer season. Just chill for this season. Yes there is some foreshadowing and you have noticed it, but it comes into play later not immediately.

I'm confused by you asking if in Handplates lore humans have the option to genocide. That's... that's true outside of Handplates lore. You or I could decide to do a genocide right now, we just don't because that would be difficult/morally reprehensible. There even is a war happening right now in the real world that is a genocide! It's not that within this comic there's some mystical Thing that gives characters the ability to genocide, they are just showcasing a genocide that happened and could always happen again.
