I mean, I understand the reason these "insane graphics GTA" videos typically show off water and make everything wet to show reflections, which are severely lacking in video games and add a sense of realism to the graphics, but why does every video have to have hundreds of puddles and reflections everywhere x"D I will say however, the lighting and light reflections from the cop cars on the walls of the buildings and the strobe light from the helicopter really do look real and amazing!

Because the quality of the water reflections aren't the point.To lamen viewers, and to these modders, it's quantity over quality. More water puddles = More realistic graphics. The sad thing is that these visual mods still look great without the rain and water reflections, but these guys making the videos barely show it because they have such a hard on for water reflections.
