But we live on just focusing on ourselves, distracting ourselves with self improvements and life, then eventually the thought of them gets diluted to the point that it wouldn't bother you anymore

I’m 18. Met this girl when I was 17, she was a year older. Thanks, Iman for the video. This really becomes a part of life. I got really disappointed when I got a breakup I was blaming myself all time that I was not being enough because someone with generational wealth take her away. I thought I was the only one who failed but now I get some hope. I now stop thinking of damaging myself and now started selfcare, and self-improvement. I started learning new skills and started a small company that sells software as a service. I will improve myself and will find a queen in my life. Thanks, Iman again for the video.
