Letting go some of the projects is definitely a good idea. I've just let go my agency and I'm working forward to starting new business(es). I've started 2 more channels, and I get video production orders, and I'm figuring out this tricky investment business (no success here as of yet). But basically? I'm giving up on everything that doesn't bring me money. (Except for writing... I'm a published fantasy writer, but it's a hobby and doesn't reallly bring me much money). And yep, I have two kids and I invest A LOT of my time into both of them (almost homeschooling them). So... yes, it's all about prioritizing. Good luck with the renewed schedule, Marina!

Also, how do you allow them access to your social media without having issues of getting your account locked due to access from multiple locations? Do you prefer having a team of people who specialize in individual tasks (ie an editor, a script writer, a social media manager) or do you prefer hiring fewer people with multiple skills and various responsibilities?
