See as per your requirements and as per your income there are gyms, gyms provides different facilities and well see you can eat on a roadside van, a daba, a 3 star hotel or a 5 star hotel but their is a variety? Will you say the food quality and process is all the same? No, right? I personally have been in a 500rs gym and in a 2000rs gym (per month) and tbh it makes a huge difference.
