How can that be a terrible thing to show people where your food comes from!! More people should see where their Meat/Fish comes from, yes its animals suffering. Realise it. If you cant handle it, dont eat it.
@veganryori5 жыл бұрын
What? If he can't handle seeing the animals he pays to have killed dead then he has no right to eat them and should go vegan.
@lellyt23725 жыл бұрын
To all of you saying if he cant handle where his food comes from and if that's so he should go vegan, you have totally missed the point and have no idea what a food phobia/disordered eating condition is like. I AM VEGAN and have been for well over a year (and vegetarian from birth due to a metabolic condition) so it has NOTHING to do with MY eating preferences or ethics. This guy needs help overcoming a major problem with foods that is damaging his health and although I would prefer he was vegan, the priority at this time was to expand the foods he can and will eat in order to improve his health and prolong his life (which would also reduce the amount of animal deaths his diet is responsible by the way) to expose someone who cannot even face putting a bland, odorless vegetable into his mouth to a FISH MARKET is absurd and could have horrible consequences to his progress. When someone has a terrible phobia with food veganism is NOT the way to go and you need to be a grown up and realise that !!!

Wow they're so much like my boyfriend and me, their dynamic and all (even their relationship duration and their appearance lol)... except my boyfriend didn't eat only meat, he also ate crackers, crisps, spaghetti, milk and cheese -_-' I've put immense energy into helping him eat more foods, and I did also pressure him quite a lot, and it did succeed except that he relapses once in a while if I don't take charge of the meal planning and cooking. It's a bit tiring, but he does tiring things for me too so I guess it's even now. Yesterday, he ate dried fruit and nuts, lentils and rice in yogurt, and a thai curry with tofu and lots of fresh vegetables. So it's possible, even without professional help, but as a partner you gotta commit *hard.*

If you can't handle where your food comes from, perhaps you shouldn't eat it. Animals are slaughtered for our food, the least you can do is understand the process and be aware of what you're eating. Maybe if people cared more, they'd demand animals be treated better before slaughtered for food.
