As delicious as this might be I am afraid all cuts of beef are now expensive here in England. It costs a pretty penny for a lump of beef so I wouldn't dream of putting it in a pasta dish. Any beef I buy will be going on the plate with roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding.

Hello, lovely recepie that you have :) One of the things I do to is undercook de pasta and then add it to the sauce. I put some water little by little to get a better texture of the pasta and when they are al dente I serve :) With that method the pasta really drinks the sauce and the sauce get creamy thanks to the pasta starch.
