I always make grilled eggplant+sambal at home. Cut the eggplant in half, add some oil and salt and grill it over charcoal. Once soft, pour sambal tumis on top and enjoy. Its really addictive 😁

Kacang botol is winged bean .it's category under bean too .like long bean .if you want to try make ikan bakar berempah like that you must to buy a fish which have a hard skin like cencaru fish .you also can search recipe for ikan bakar berempah not only can burn fish but u can burn squid,prawn and shells .more delicious and yummy !

The chili's that they used are imported from Indonesia (cili kerinting), less spicy. For u guys, if want to copy the menu, just used half portion the chili's, put extra lime, sugar n salt to make the sambal belacan suitable with your spicy level.. For the air asam, the ginger bud is optional, if don't have it is okay. Still can do the the air asam, Main ingredient shallot, cut chili padi, tomatoes, lime juice, tamarind (not to thick) salt n sugar.. Kacang botol (winged bean) The vege that he used to eat with sambal u guy's can replace with long bean, cucumber, lettuce, raw cabbage. This is call Ulam (malay salad for us maybe)

The SAB video of his meal is simple yet delicious. Only grilled fish, grilled prawns, grilled eggplant, ulam, sambal & air asam jawa. Also healthy to eat this way. I envy people who can get fresh fish easily. Grilled fresh fish is sooo sedap. 😋😋😋😋😋😋 i hope ichang & jimmy will be cautious when making sambal. Be cautious of the number of chillies. And the air asam should not be too watery nor too thick. Add sliced shallots, big onions also can. Sliced chillies, tomatoes, can add some sugar & salt. Enjoy 😋😋😋😋😋😋

They normally went to Indonesian store. Why don't you ask them. Some of them bring Indonesian stuff direct from Indonesia. Can ask some youtuber also like 'Andie Kers' and many more.
