Kraken's Father any one can look expensive by accessorizing and buying houses and other liabilities but still be in debt.Consider Warren Buffett, he lives in the same house which he bought it in 1950(I don't know the exact year) and still lives in the same house inspite of being the third richest man in the world

Seems like a shallow goal. I think Buffet would say that his goal was to build businesses and challenge himself by pursuing his passionate interest in finance. Popular culture spends too much time venerating people like Buffet for making billions, while ignoring people who apply a similar level of passion to charity, arts, engineering, community, science, etc... As if our net worth were the only thing that marked us as valuable people.

Why spend it when you can invest it? Even the 26 billion charity is an investment... Thats the difference between rich people and poor people. Poor people once get the money, spend all his dime into his "happiness". New clothes, expensive watch, luxury car, iphone, etc.... By the end of the month, complain why his money is low... But rich people earn their money, 50% saving it for the future, 30% invest to get more profit, and 20% spend it to gain happiness. RICH GETTING RICHER POOR GETTING POORER.. Its not the government fault, its the mentality

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.
@martingiavarini
@martingiavarini Ай бұрын
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

Crystal I really don't think anyone could make 3k a month on paper routes alone today. You would have to be delivering to the entire town you live in and you'd have to somehow get everyone else delivering papers to give up their routes. Just isn't feasible. Now you might be able to make 3 grand a month cutting grass for cash as a kid.

Nice video overall but I have to point out a few misconceptions. A) He didn't make $85 billion, he is sustaining an income of approximately $85 billion by maintaining an operation that provides billions of people with services, goods and a source of livelihood. Which brings me to my second point. B) He doesn't "personally" own $85 billion in the true sense of the word, in order to maintain it he has to continually invest it in the operation that produces it which involves millions of people (employees mainly) who get a share of it.

We all know that the market crash due to the unstable economy and global pandemic but there are some few stocks that this recession didn't affect. Here are a few Mrs Lilian Wan recommended that I purchase now, they all have a low downside risk and huge upward potential; 1. Abbvie (ABBV) 2. Accenture (ACN) 3. O realty 4. CVX or XOM 5. Pepsico (PEP)

Michael Carter I would like to work with a creative investment advisor like the likes of Mrs wan, these stocks you outlined here is worth looking into. I tried investing on my own in the stock exchange market but my wrong choice of stocks to invest in have made me lose 40 thousand pounds to the market. I am hurt!!!

that is terrifying. I'm sorry about that. I can't imagine losing such amount of money I'm glad Mrs wan handles my portfolio with great expertise. I plan to invest 50k more on those stocks i mentioned earlier. I know I will yield a huge amount of profits with the hands of mrs wan carrying out trade for me in my portfolio.

Top investors like warren buffet started the right way, i think it is better to entrust the creation and managing of your investment portfolio to professionals, or to create your portfolio exactly like professionals, to follow a large whale like a small fish. This is the right and the best way.

There was a video I watched in Economics class junior year of high school and it was a combination of Warren Buffett and Bill Gates doing a Q&A at one of the 3 University of Nebraska campuses (funny enough, it was my home town, Lincoln, that hosted it) and it was really weird yet cool at the same time where 2 very rich men that got their riches from two totally different backgrounds came together to ask business questions. It was interesting to say the least.
