You can tell he is playing in the most dead server ever with #2 in arena with supreme+ characters 😆 In my server that is in the 400's, paragon2 gets you to like top10

Actually the #2 he is doing good. He used 2 maulers comp to atk in some last mins to get top 2. In the other hand, I have to admit that my district is quite weak. The rea top 1 is 62m power but I can win him sometimes too (me at 47m)
