A lot of people still struggle with their confidence in 30s 40s. It's a never ending work in life that we have to face everyday.

It's an ongoing work for sure but over time when you look back it's all worth it ❤

I'm not sure if it's a topic for anyone worth covering but I have access to all this knowledge or info to help me better myself but i suck at applying it to my life maybe it's something with my execution or another factor that affects that process but I'm not fully sure what it is holding me back at the moment. Anyways was a fairly informative video with a lot of pretty good talking points excited to watch more of your content.

Hello, thank you for your video. I definitely feel like I can relate and your video's are really resonating with me. I am currently in my 30's and have lost a dear LT relationship not too long ago. Growing up, I always had low confidence as I was called chubby at a very young age. While I excelled in academics, my social skills and confidence plummeted with time. I have finally taken the courage this year, 2024, to fully work on myself, internally and externally. We are all walking our own life's journey and I hope everyone doesn't give up on yourself, no matter how hard life throws obstacles at you. @reinventing poppy - I would love to see more videos from you regarding to confidence. You are beautiful and a strong female! Thank you for your videos.

Nice video, I am 28 and I completely relate to what you say. And I have grown up always been low confident and I am looking forward to your social confident video. I too feel I am not confident in my skin as I have recently got lot of pigmentation all over body and other issues at same time. There are lot of these I need to improve my physical apperancd, my thoughts, self esteem, career, relations etc. I am not able to priotize where should I start with and how. If you could post a video on this that would great, Thank you😊

That’s wild you were labeled ugly. Great video.

I think I just didn't perfectly fit the toxic Asian beauty standard :)

@@reinventingpoppy I am a 32 yo guy and partial to asian ladies, and I think you look great in both your 'old' and 'new' photos :) Maybe the guys around you were too shy to approach you? I hope that no one ever called you ugly, because you certainly were not. I would give even your 'old' photo a 7 or 8 out of 10 :) [ and 7 or 8 is a great score, don't think of it as only being 80% on a test, not many people are 7/8 or better ]. One thing I have noticed as I have grown up, some (actually probably a lot) of the 'less popular' people in high school turn out to look so great in their later years :)

@@reinventingpoppy People in high school can be so cruel. Many 'unpopular' people in high school turn out to be the most attractive and successful in their later years :)
