📋 INGREDIENTS:
Beef fillet:
500 g beef fillet (1.1 pounds)
Salt
Black pepper
olive oil
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
Red wine sauce:
2 shallots
250 ml red wine (1 cup)
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
3-4 sprigs of thyme
Salt
Black pepper
100 g butter (about 7 tablespoons or just under 1/2 cup)
Potatoes:
Baby potatoes
olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Parmesan
Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Wie hoch muss ich den Backofen für das Rinderfilet stellen?

@@brigittemusterfrau7012 Der kann da stehen bleiben wo er ist. Die Temperatur kann zwischen 100 und 150 Grad eingestellt werden, je nachdem wie lange du sie drinlassen möchtest. Da kann man variieren falls die Karfoffeln oder so noch nicht ganz fertig sind.

Oh dear. Beef fillet in the oven? Not rested before it was plated so it bleeds onto the oil? Thin red wine sauce like water? Not great.

this video was quite interesting but then, at the end,. DRAMA! this steak is way overcooked, what a shame! a filet should be enjoyed rare or medium rare at the most...
