One thing that's been helping me lately is to think of my business as a separate entity that must be paid no matter what. That means if I make my mom a b'day cake, I (the individual) has to pay my business (the entity) the cost of ingredients used and labor. I stop doing freebies without the guilt. When you explain to your family that asking you to do things for free or discount means they are actually asking you to pay the business the cost of the baked goods from your personal account, they stop begging for freebies or discounts.
