This is such great advice. I have an existing 3 season room and then nothing in my backyard. Just big rectangle of grass - I do t want to lose the 3 season room but wanna use the rest of the space.

I think both designs are terrific, but my preference is the first option because your friends wouldn't get wet if it was raining while you were doing your BBQ. I would love either design though, they are both beautiful.

I love the fire pit My kitchen is next to the backdoor so not interested in outdoor kitchen. Im not interested in outdoor t.v. when im into giving undivided attention to my surroundings and my company .

Great question!!! If it’s a small bbq fire it should be fine but they have a fan as well which truly helps with the heat circulation. If the height in the ceiling is high enough, I’ve never had a problem with this set up.🔥
