You have barely even begun to scratch the surface of Dimash's talent and ability. He has performed songs in 15 languages; Kazakh, Russian, English, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Serbian, Turkish, Sicilian, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz, Arabic, and Japanese. Besides his native Kazakh tongue, he speaks fluent Russian, which is still an official language in most former Soviet Republics. Dimash is getting pretty good with English but is still studying it along with Mandarin, which he says is a challenging language to learn. Dimash plays six instruments; the piano, dombra, guitar, xylophone, cello, and drums. He usually performs for more than two hours during live concerts and treats his audience to an eclectic mix of styles. A good professional vocalist has a range of about 3 octaves. According to some analysts, Diamsh's range is over 7 octaves (A1-D8), spanning across all four registers. He has continued to hone his skills and fine-tune and perfect his already unbelievable abilities even more. There does not seem to be a limit to what he can achieve vocally. I am excited to follow his journey. Dimash may go down in history as the most extraordinary vocal talent known to man. I cannot think of anyone, past or present, capable of doing what Dimash is capable of. I am still waiting on someone to name a single individual even remotely close to Dimash's mastery. If you want to follow Dimash's career progression over the last five years, here is a song list I usually recommend in semi-chronological order: S.O.S. (d'un Terrien en détresse), either the Slavic Bazaar or the 2017 "I Am A Singer" version. His covers from the same competition of Lara Fabian's "Adagio," Eric Carmen's 1975 "All by Myself" (repopularized by Celine Deion), and Freddie Mercury's "The Show Must Go On." Also, from the same show, Confessa & Diva Dance, Opera 2, Daididau, Daybreak, and Autumn Strong. His "I Am A Singer" 2018 guest performance of Lionel Richie's "Hello" is a must. Then there is Sinful Passion (Greshnaya Strast), Love is like a Dream (2018 Moscow performance), Your Love, Diva Dance (Bastau Concert), Across Endless Dimensions (either the movie trailer or his internet live concert performance), and Know (both the regular performance as well as the vocalise). His more operatic-sounding performances are Ti Amo Cosi (with Lara Fabian and Aida Garifullina), Ulisse (Duet w/Aida Garifullina), Tu Vas Me Détruire (duet w/Sundet Baigojin), Question of Honour (duet w/Zarina Altynbayeva), and the aforementioned Olimpico (Ogni Pietra). His traditional and Chinese songs are also impressive: Adai+Daididau, Samal Tau (2020 Tokyo Jazz Festival), Qairan Elim (Holy Land), Elim Menin (My Homeland), Karagym-ai, Thousand of Miles - A Common Dream, and Ómir Óter. And then there are Drunken Concubine & Diva Dance (duet with Li Yugang), Without You, Love Of Tired Swans, Where Love Lives, Unforgettable Day (Gakku Concert), I Miss You, Passione, Give Me Love, Marigold, Golden, Mademoiselle Hyde, Screaming, his latest music video "Be With Me," just to name a few. His more recent songs, "Fly Away," "Stranger," and "Ave Maria," recently debuted live at New Wave 2021, and the latter two are on a whole new level. Dimash performs an alternate version of "Stranger" on the "Shine! Super Brothers S2" Youku Show that is simply mind-boggling and well worth checking out. He sings in nearly flawless Japanese. His latest release, “The Story of One Sky,” is a 13+ minutes mini movie masterpiece that will lead you on an emotional rollercoaster and leave you spellbound. It is possibly Dimash’s best work today and took three years to complete. It showcases all of Dimash’s vocal skills, spans across all four registers, and covers a wide range of genres and vocal techniques. I would suggest watching the live performance fan cam footage of the song if you want to evaluate his vocal performance. The music video’s visuals and storyline are so impressive and emotional that it can be overwhelming and quite difficult to focus on the vocals. Learn about him as much as you can - he's the only Godsend, the humblest human you'll ever meet; learn about people around him. Get to know Igor Krutoy, arguably the best composer on earth, whose songs had been sang by every famous singer on Earth, Pavarotti, Celine, Bocelli to name a few; who created about 800 songs, which had won every imaginable award there is, and who is - according to Forbes - one of the richest people on Earth, worth about 14 billion dollars. Thanks for the reaction. Dimash not only is a great singer, also is a great performer. He can sing in at least 12 languages. On each concert, he sings in French (S.O.S.) Italian (Olimpico), Russian( Sinful Passion), (The love of tired swans), Kazakjs (Unforgetable day or Give me love), English (Stranger or Mademoiselle Hyde) Chinesse (Autum strong or Battle of Memories) even without lyrics (Ave Maria). He is another level of singer

He speaks Kazakh and Russian and is studying English and Mandarin, although his English is really really good now, you can see his progression in English when you compare songs he performed in English 5 years back to his more recent songs, such as Stranger which he released about a year ago.

People are often impressed by the ability to sing in different languages, but thousands of people do it routinely, in choirs and glee clubs. It's memorizing nonsense syllables to music and knowing the general meaning of the song even when you don't know the language at all. Much love

Igor Krutoy, the renowned Ukrainian/Russian music composer, performer, producer, and promoter, came out of retirement after witnessing Dimash's 2018 guest performance of "Sinful Passion" at the New Wave competition. They have frequently corroborated on projects ever since. Igor Krutoy composed this song for Dimash to perform at the opening of the 2nd European Olympic games in Minsk, Belarus, on June 21, 2019. "Olimpico," or "Ogni Pietra," was performed in Italian by Dimash. Ogni means "every, each, or all," and Pietra means "stone or rock." The song is essentially an address to the athletes, exhorting them to do their best in competition, and urging them to believe in themselves.

But occasionally he will sing a song in the language of the country he's performing in. In Turkey he sang a Turkish song, in Armenia he sang an Armenian folk song. For the Japanese Jazz festival he sang a Japanese song. But as for knowing a language to talk, well that's Kazakh, Russian and English. And a bit of Chinese (very difficult language). This is one of the first collaborations between Dimash and composer Igor Krutoy, who came out of retirement to work with him. I love it when the song is written to display Dimash’s range, both his vocal range and his range of techniques. Incidentally, the guy in the thumbnail at the end of the song is Dmitri Hvorostovsky, who was one of the most brilliant operatic baritones I’ve ever heard. You definitely should check him out.

The song Olympico (which became known as Ogni Pietra) was composed by maestro Igor Krutoy, with Italian lyrics by Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and arrangements by Erlan Bekchurin. It was composed specifically for Dimash for the 2019 European Olympic Games. With this song Dimash won, on December 5, 2019, the Victoria award (Russian equivalent of the Grammy) for best singer of the year, in the classical genre ("Best Vocalist in Classical Music").

Fantastic reaction! This is truly an epic experience, I can not imagine seeing this live, one day, hopefully I will. Dimash continues to develop his vocals, so the most recent video from the Almaty concert has even more matured vocals, which is almost incomprehensible. So many years of dedication, Dimash just turned 29 on May 24th, but the worldwide audience, diversity of nationalities and languages and age’s of his fan’s, his impact is more than his talent, his morals, humanity, respect, generosity, and humility is just amazing. The love for Dimash I believe is so much because of his character, his unifying efforts, being an Ambassador of Peace, this takes Dimash to a different level, so to understand the love and respect his fan’s have for Dimash, learning about his character really explains everything. Dimash- sings in aboutv16 languages 15 at 1st, but since then has added Japanese and Armainian ( not sure of dpelling) he speaks 5 poss more. His English is gr8 now, I love the little hic cups hooe he never looses them. Plays at least 8 instruments , writes lyrics, composes music. Igor Krotoy n D r really good friends, Igor came out of retirement specifically to work with Dimash's voice. With the russka at war, think at present it seems to hve stopped. Igor and Dimash work closely together with everything they do. Eg Dimash phoned Igor saying he wanted to do his version of Ave Maria on night. They discussed it dimash sharing what his ideas were then Igor n D talking it thru, by morning Igor had it finished. A lot of dimashs songs were produced together with Igor. Both his mum n dad support all 3 children in chosen interests, as did Dimash's "father and mother" particularity with Dimash but with rosheen a d mansur. Mansur youngest , wrote and composed the song Forgotten, which Dimash and mansur performed on stage and c Produced a video of too, with Dimash singing, and mansur on various instruments. Dimash sang this song many times after this performance as well. But honestly, some things just don’t get any better. I think this is epic. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen the video and every, really every time my heart starts to race and I get goosebumps. That facial expression after singing the high notes. Wow, what a beast he can be. He then completely captivates me🫣. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. His Mom Svetlana is an opera singer herself, his dad is a singer, too .In addition to his native language, Dimash has performed songs in twelve other languages: Russian, Mandarin, English, French, Ukrainian, Italian, Kyrgyz, Turkish, Serbian, German, and Spanish etc. His English is getting really good, and as I know he learnt Mandarin as well. He is fluent in Kazakh and Russian. Interesting fact that Dimash has a mutual friend with RM, it is Jakson Wang.

I can watch a performance by Dimash, and even if I’ve seen it over and over, it’s always like the first time. I find myself having to let out a long breath a the end.
