Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (vocal fry C1 (B0) - whistle D8 off the piano). His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 15 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in his hometown Almaty, it was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄. He sang this song on his digital concert in January 2021 during the pandemic. He had to cancel his tour and did this concert for his Dears/fans. That’s why there was no audiende to be seen or heard. SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. SOS is the song that introduced Dimash to the world and opened many great opportunities and collaborations for him. There are a number of versions of Dimash singing this song, each different but all great. This particular version comes from the Dimash Digital Show put on during the pandemic after all live concerts were cancelled and he had to cut his Arnau Tour short. It is said that Dimash discovered this song when it was being sung by 23-year-old contestant, Gregory LeMarchal, on the French TV talent show "Star Academy" in 2007. Gregory won but died soon after the show from complications of cystic fibrosis while awaiting a lung transplant. So the song is close to Dimash's heart due to his appreciation and compassion for a fellow talented young vocalist, and he always sings it with deep emotions. The song SOS comes from the famous 1978 Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania', which is well known in French-speaking countries, and is a pretty difficult song to sing. In 2017 Dimash received a wild card for the competition “The Singer” in China. He was the youngest participant ever at 22 years old and the first non-Chinese. Only professional, award-winning singers take part in this competition. Although well-known and respected in his homeland Kazakhstan, few in China knew or heard about Dimash before, but with his first song, SOS, Dimash shocked the audience and captured the hearts of over 600 million of viewers overnight, and the rest is history as the saying goes.

The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I’m glad you found Dimash-he’s incredible. In terms of range, I’ve heard several singers who are comparable, but Dimash has been intensively training his voice since he was five-his technique is flawless. His fans insist he’s the best singer in the world. I haven’t heard all the singers in the world, but I can’t argue, because he’s the best I’ve heard. I’m not wild about neoclassical music, but when he comes out with a new one I will always give it a listen because he always has some surprises. He’s GOOD. Next stop Sinful Passion-more wild vocals that will blow your mind. Next stop for me (later today) is the one I saw yesterday but didn’t have time to watch-the one where the legendary rapper reacts to your song. Can’t wait!

Your reaction was genuine, sincere, and respectful- I liked and subscribed;) This digital version of SOS is especially personal as Dimash performed it after the tragic death of his childhood friend, Denis Ten, a Kazakh Olympic figure skater, who was stabbed by thugs attempting to steal - I believe- mirrors off Mr. Ten’s car. You can see and hear Dimash’s grief at this loss. Dimash’s latest release, Omir Mood, is exceptionally beautiful- a thank you gift from Dimash to his Dears, on his 29th birthday. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English). Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. That's the most beautiful song and musically "interpretation" I've ever heard in my life. Back in 2019 this was the first song I've heard from Dimash and I was moved so much that I got edicted to him. I teared up listening to him and, other than some "collectors of high notes", I loved his ability to move me in a way I didn't thought I would be in, because I listened to a lot a lot of music. Being 59 years old now, actually a metal head, I love him so much for what he's doing that I have no words than appreciation and admiration for him. Ren does it in a different way using his ability to drow you in in his music, his craft to tell "his story". Dimash is a "other kind of story teller", a other genius with singing capabilities no one else has. Where both can sing sing, Dimash is on a other level. I don't be into that haze of "Dimash hit that and those notes". I relate to his ability to use his range to tell a story. Who ever says "Oh, he only can show off with his range and doesn't colport emotions." is stupid af, or didn't even listen. Both artists are in my heart and have a special place there, for sure!

People may not mention other amazing songs he has. Hello, the show must go on, drunken concubine, know, screaming, love is like a dream, olimpico, across endless dimensions, golden, stranger and one of his early best Adagio. He has a lot of songs now, but they are all amazing. Screaming is a mix of pop, opera, and rap. Golden showcases his deep voice and tenor voice in a pop like song. Adagio is from Lara Fabian but dimash does his own version showcasing opera, rock, and piano. Drunken concubine is a rare duet with a male soprano singer in china, the main song is in chinese and showcases a mix of opera and pop, then it is mixed in with dimash's other popular early song "diva dance" which is a redo of "the fifth element" movie alien singer - made half by soprano singer and half by computer, said to be unsingable by man but dimash does it with ease, also showcasing a controlled D7.

Dimash has been vocally trained since he was 5 years old and even now he still does vocal training 3 hours everyday, he is also University trained in both Classical and Contemporary Music, hence the reason why he can sound Operatic, Poppy and Rocky in the same song, he's also University trained in Composing, so knowing all this, I can tell you and you can see for yourself, that Dimash is a professional among professionals and have over 20 years of vocal training under his belt which started since he was 5 years old.

Stranger will show off his incredible low range and his ability at the end to hold a note over 20 seconds.. "Be with me" is a light hearted video that show's his love of Michael Jackson and while it's in English, he has a rap section in his own language. Opera 2 is from the talent show in China because the original Russian singer (Vitas) thought no one could sing it as well as him and went up once in the chorus. Dimash went up 3 times and blew everyone away. Vitas took him to court to stop him from doing his song. Ultimate complement in a way. So many others. Enjoy the ride!!!!
