After watching this i must make genting part of my travel plans next time i visit Malaysia. I have not been there since i was a kid and didn't know it changed so much. Unrelated to genting highlands but i wanted to visit the ostrich farm last time i was there but wasn't able to. Heard you could go for ostrich rides. Maybe it's part of your travel plans? Also you should visit Kuala Selangor and take the boat ride to see the fireflies. It was a very unique experience.

Yup the brown on Ice Kacang is brown sugar while the pink is rose syrup. Oh no and you haven't seen the new Genting Outdoor Theme Park? It's new and just open this year and fully app oriented where you can see the time and manage your rides and cut the time for queue which is efficient for theme park. Also the largest hotel manage their check in and check out easily with self check-in kiosk (online booking). You don't need to wait and queue at the counter anymore very fast. Unless u just walk in and just sudden plan for stay then u need to queue at the reception.

yes they has changed the name of that hill to it original name... malaysia has achieved independence ... why should we keep the name given by the colonizers ... it is better to use the original name of that hill

It can be a money pit if you are not careful especially in the casino..hehehe. U need to spend at least 2 nights there to enjoy & take everything in. Glad that you have fun. There is a saying...Kopi & Kabus or Coffee & Clouds/Mist. U should experience this.

Yeah you're right! We're travelling and have to remember that we have a budget lol! Still it's a cool place for sure and hopefully we can visit again, and stay in the hotel next time 😁

@@sunkissedbucketlist To note, depending on where you are in KL and on a clear night sky, you may be able to see the glittering lights of Genting Highland from the city. If you plan to stay here longer, I wud recommend that u visit some of the islands here in Malaysia as well i.e Langkawi Island in Kedah (cable car, island hopping, duty free island btw), Perhentian Island in Terengganu (snorkling, diving and exploring other small island within its vicinity as well).
