This is me 7 months after my fourth baby at 32 years old. My husband and I lost 10 lbs while trying the Carnivore Diet for 3 weeks. It is a great elimination diet and a good way to shed excess fat or figure out what bothers your gut and what you should or shouldn’t add back into your diet. I feel 10x better when I don’t eat noodles, rice, veggies, potatoes, and beans. I felt great eating this way and so did my husband! We were mostly eating a Animal Based Diet (sourdough & noodles/rice also) before trying it out. I noticed my belly fat went down A LOT once I stopped eating honey and fruits and all the excess things I didn’t need to have. 😅 If you’re like me and you’re tired of the stubborn postpartum weight that’s hanging around then I absolutely suggest to try this diet out, it don’t have to be long term but it will benefit you for sure! Now our diet looks like 80% meat & 20% what doesn’t bother our gut (mostly beef, some fruit, sourdough, mushrooms, onions, olives, avocado, herbs, some spices, way less honey, and sparking water) I hope this helps anyone who is curious about either diet.
