I use to do this on a weekly basis. People would park in front of my company's roll up door because they wanted to keep it in the shade. This is an active door, stuff comes and goes all the time. There's sign on the door and both sides of it. Sill they come. My resolution is easy, I just use my big fork lift and four wooden blocks to move it into the parking lot next door where it should have been. If they repeat parking there in defiance then I set it on four other wood block just enough so the tires are of the ground. If they have a car jack they can set it down on their own or call a tow. It's priceless to watch the confusion.

I had neighbors who would always have alot of company and some of them would actually park in my yard. If it was rainy and wet, they would leave deep ruts in the yard. When I politely asked they to please have their friends stop parking in my yard, they got made at me. The following week, someone stole two 100 gal propane tanks that had recently been filled from the front of my house in broad daylight while I was at the market for about an hour.

I had someone park in my assigned spot multiple times and I left him notes and other things and he still did it. so I basically did this but i put his front wheels on dollies and pulled it the management offices parking spot and took it off the dollies, went home put everything away, went to the management office and asked "is there a new worker here because I dont recognize that car" they went outside took some pics and had it towed. The following day I went in and asked what happened with the issue. They told me the guy went down to the office flipping his shit so they called the cops and now the guy is banned from entering the condo.

Everyday where I lived illegally parked cars. They park next to those sidewalk ramps for wheelchair people, kids strollers. Also the fire hydrant, firezone- clearly marked. Block allyway entrances. At the bank a guy parks half on the parking spot half on the painted slant lines which are for clearence for wheelchair access in/out of vehicles. Thosr who park in that manner should have their vehicles confiscated for at least a week. If it was my decision.

I constantly had a neighbour who would have parties and I'd come home to find them in my spot. Frustrating to have to constantly go ask them to move it especially in winter so I could plug my car in. Plus they'd steal my power plugging in for heaven knows how many hours. Finally I just started calling the cops and got them to tow it away, which they did. I had a condo in Ocean City, MD and parking was inside the 1st floor level garage. There was one spot assigned for each unit. Many of the units were rentals so it became a real issue. Every time we went down there wasn't anywhere to park. We'd unload the car and I'd travel block by block trying to find a spot. Fed up with it, I contacted a few towing companies to find out if there was anyone with a tow truck that could fit inside the garage. Finally I did find one and had a car towed out of my spot. A couple of weeks later at an owners condo meeting I announced that if I came down and my spot was parked in, I was having the car towed. Owners with rentals were a little unhappy because they said with only 21 units, I should knock on doors and find out who was in the spot. You can only imagine how that went over with me. After having about six cars towed out of there, the owners quickly told all the renters not to park in that "*ssholes" spot. Didn't bother me in the least. I owned the unit, I paid the condo fees and I expected to be able to park in my spot anytime I went down. There always was a sign posted in the garage that cars would be towed at owners expense. People felt pretty safe over the years because the height of the entrance to the garage would not accommodate most tow trucks.

In texas they park on your property you are allowed to lock it in. If they refuse to pay your demanded fee for 30 days you are allowed to title 42 it. After 90 days its yours.

His younger son would go look for old cars that were abandoned, (allegedly). He would get the car then we would crush it quick. At that time autos went for $75-100. That was our party money for the weekend, and we partyed hard. After hours and weekends ,THE YARD was our hangout for our High School friends ,girls and guys. We even had a pool there. Memory lane how we loved it. What happened is the father found out and tore the pool down and hired securty to guard,the place. We were tow truck drivers and our hours changed to 8-5 only for his two sons. He crushed his youngest sons car with all the employees watching at 8:30 am. And gave his son $100.00 This was the Tiller Family living in Sacramento, California. Bill Tiller, Boyed Tiller and Turk Tiller, the Father.,The boys died last year. Bill died from liver damage. Boyd , was a surprise died of some sort of internals infection of his intestine. He didn't expect to die that day. 50 JohnDoe signing out. Boyed Tiller died at the hospital from infection from the surgery. Walked in and died.

I had a bad hunch they were going to loop the chain over the ball hitch. That's a good way for the ball to snap off. The girl filming could get a very good view of the ball flying towards her face. Always wrap around the hitch frame, or better still the truck frame. Also, place a heavy blanket over the chain to act as a shock absorber in case the chain breaks. It'll lessen the chances of the chain coming back and striking someone or something(like the cars windshield).

Iv had this happen to me 4 times and did the same exact thing. The people who owned the cars would park in my driveway to walk their dogs or go for a jog. @@evertmcdonald5485 Yes you can. Easy way to make money on used cars because they sell cheap without a title, but it's a gamble. Some people just lose the title, or in my case the original owner died before titling the car to the second owner, so when I bought it I had to go the justice of the peace and wait 60 days while they verified that the car wasn't stolen and tried to contact the previous owner. If there's no response in 60 days, you can apply for a new title in your name. There's always the chance the car could be stolen though, so I'd run a vin check with the dmv first.

they build a large apartment complex with multiple buildings right next to a buddies property, and it has been a pain in the ass ever since.. his driveway, rather than starting at the road, like it did for decades, his driveway now is at the end of one of the buildings parking lots, then it winds up the hillside to his property. whenever anyone parks blocking his driveway, in spite of the signs, he simply gets in his 4 x 4, pick up truck, and hooks a tow chain to their car, and drags the car about 1000 yards down onto the main road, and leaves it there.. he does have a sign posted that warns that if you block the driveway, your vehicle will be towed at your expense

I live wayyyy out in the country, next to a wilderness area, and surrounded by a national forest. Pulled bown my druve only to be blocked in. The owners were probabky off hiking and camping....but their car was right bext to my sign that says "private drive, no trespassing or hunting". I backed up all the way back to my cabin (almost a mile) and fired up my John Deer loader backhoe.....drove out, pushed the car to the far ditch, and pushed it in. I went to town for supplies. Back home there were people mad, and expected me to tow them out of that deep ditch fir a ciuple bucks.....naw, hike to town for a tow truck. I needed a cold beer.

We had to do this to our neighbor once ( and only once ), but hub crawled under, unhooked linkage, shifted to neutral, towed it and reattached linkage, so no damage but asshat still called the police claiming damage(sorry asshat, no witness)
