Vintage Story is so good, also, if you read the GUI, you can change construction mode of the clay pressing F, including a mode to just replicate the last layer holding click, i can build one of those storage vessels in about 10 seconds or less.

You can press F while clayforming to switch modes (which allows you to duplicate layers n stuff)! Makes it a bit less annoying ^^

I recommend making the world smaller. You're not going to explore it all anyway and im sure you wouldn't want a 10 irl hour long expedition just to get some limestone and oak.

as someone that's played both, they are similar, but vintage story actually feels compleatly diferent from minecraft, including terrafirmacraft. also, funfact: Vintage Story started as a minecraft mod, but the devs couldn't do everything they wanted in minecraft, so they created Vintage Story.

Watching your shenanigans is funny af. I've been playing Vintage Story for a few months now, and I love it completely. Better than Minecraft, in my opinion. Watching others encounter a wolf or a bear first time always cracks me up. I play sometimes with my friend, and whenever we encounter the forementioned beasts we start screeching and running, especially if we're still early game and not well enough geared yet. I've been killed by wolves and bears far too many times 🥲

It was a Minecraft mod but Minecraft is quite shitty to mod and hard to work with contrary to popular belief. Vintage story was too ambitious to stay as a mod.
