I like the house. It's a great layout for a family with a large extended family who visits often. My sister purchased a large home because she wanted her siblings and nieces and nephews with her for every yearly event. Great times were had! I'm not familiar with the area, but the price slapped me unconscious. I definitely need a paved driveway at that price. ❤ TFS Jonathan. Peace and Blessings

Beautiful home but the seller doesn't seem serious about selling. Parts of the home are staged while certain areas are cluttered. They should've staged the home or cleared everything out. Possible redo? $4.3 Mil? No way

its a nice house. the layout through me off a little. It sure had some hidden features you didn't expect and a decent backyard, driveway and swimming pool.I think the dining table arrangement separating the living room and the kitchen is disrupting the flow (8:37). it should be moved to this space (11:03) as the main dining area and give more space to the living room

I love it! The flooring is beautiful throughout. The rooms are a good size. The layout is short of a maze but it works. I love the mix of the old and new style and the yard is big enough to entertain. But at that price, personally, I prefer more land.

I love it but the only thing i would change is the dressers repurposed as vanities. I didn't like that. I would prefer real vanities. Other than that, very nice tasteful home and a good mix of traditional and classic styles.

Thanks for showing this unique home. It’s a beautiful home for the right family. Love the new additions. However, “guest” bedroom (off the dining area) and the multiple closets on the first floor felt a bit off. They did an excellent job with the finished basement. $4.3 million is a bit steep.

Beautiful home, just too big for me, way too big. Get rid of the basement and upstairs, put all of the bedrooms on the one single floor and I would be good with it. Great back yard as well. Priced right in my opinion.

I don't like this house. I never understood why entering the house there's a formal dining room, I would rather have that room across from the kitchen. When I'm cooking I don't want to be on display by having the living room adjacent. The living room is better in the front of the house for me. White on white kitchens are boring to me, give me some color. The closet for the main bedroom is GREAT but the closets in the other bedrooms are pitiful. There would be a lot of painting and restructuring for me to move in and at that price point it's not worth it. I'd come up cheaper building a house from ground to my likings than buying that house. 😂😂😂😂😂

I hate this house! It's boring and the staging doesn't do it any favors: there's no home-iness whatever in the proportions, the features, the layout....The sellers must be VERY dull. And the antique-y additions don't work, because they are too old for the date of the house, and they come across uninformed. Not neo-classical! The White House, Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials are neo-classical: they have features of classical Greek temples. I'd be crashing into the corners (with major damage to my hips) of every vanity in that house. And the toilets are squeezed in. Do they meet code? The old chests re-purposed for vanities is so dated. This house is going to take a FORTUNE to retrofit for energy efficiency. It's very much a white elephant. Price is ABSURD. Camerawork made me kinda dizzy today, or maybe it's the house with that maze of corridors and chopped up spaces?
