I've learned so much over the past year from you guys to elevate my game and it SHOWS. I've completely converted to JDM tackle, rods, and reels, and don't even want to go to a Bass Pro shop anymore because of it haha. Not to mention the service you guys provide in retail. I live in N. Texas. The water is 45-47F. In the lake I'm fishing they are deep....50+ feet. Can't find them shallow. Probably another few weeks before "winter" shifts to more of a pre-spawn condition.

14:01 I disagree. The Louder 50 & 60 are my favourite poppers to throw on BFS, and you can walk them too. They walk brilliantly as well! I like to walk the bait, pause, pop, pause, then walk a little. Repeat. There may be other poppers that can walk even better, but the Louder seems to have the best of both worlds.

I fish them in Michigan and catch them often. I've never caught one in the winter on one.
