It's fall in utah so it's been raining almost every day. Places that were once dry, are now under water. In today's video we are using our Sisu Nasu to recover a truck, sunk in the mud on the Salt Flats.

Fantastic video, I can't believe you got him out of there! Great job. But what really impressed me was that little blue helicopter of yours, I've been studying the principles of aircraft and how they fly. I noticed in one of the lessons that talked about Bernoulli's principle, and It had a very poetic way of describing how the wing creates a dance of different air pressures which gently lifts it into flight. I'd always thought on the other hand that helicopters were so ugly the earth just repelled them and that's how they fly. Until I saw that little Blue helicopter!! That's a sleek little lady you got there, and when she gets the wind in her hair she can sure move nice.

Loved this mucky mess rescue! Reminded me of all the chaos muck this year at the Nevada dry desert bed north of Reno that hosts Burningman , and some people just walked away from their vehicles, and left the cleanup crew to confiscate. A wet year for both states for sure!

❤ Too bad it takes 2 pilots for the Blackhawk. If I had that beautiful blue helo I would look for any excuse to fly it too. Enjoyed the show. Great recovery and content also funny. I feel sorry for who has to wash all the salt and mud off top and bottom. I think mud flaps are something to look into. A check list for the equipment, shutdown and pre use fluids check.

Here in S.Florida, we would build full tracks that used some ex-military tracks and parts to go hunt in the Everglades. Big Block Chevy or some ran big Mopars. They would go any place in the swamp you wanted to go. An old timer named Lawson built a few that actually would float. Ahhh the good old days!

My parents just took a vacation out west, in their travels my Father wanted to see the Bonneville Salt Flats, and they got to see it, and walk around. They said it was so clear & bright that you could be walking on packed sand then next thing you know you're knee deep in a puddle. They made it sound like a pretty cool spot and i'm definetly jealous!

You need a 100 gallon (or maybe 250) water tank and pressure washer on your truck so you can wash the lake bed off and leave it in the lake bed rather than transport it home. Keep up the good work!

We have dry lake beds here in the high desert of socal I have a Duramax 2500 and I make money pulling people out too I just pulled a police car out it's so deceptive looking at lake bed heavy d is right don't do it you could end up in a very bad situation be smart and safe guys!!!
