when i was little i didnt like snail too. then i realized if you cook the fresh one its more tender than the frozen one and more taste. still, there's isnt much dish that used it much. now im craving for it

It’s cool to see what real Khmer street food is. Khmer street food to us in America is bok lahong, grilled chicken, stuffed chicken, beefsticks, lao sausages, sticky rice, pickled veggies, some fried food. We have a park in Philadelphia and there’s one in California that sells strictly southeast Asian street food.

Would think you are Cambodian if I hadn't seen what you look like. One video cannot cover the plethora of amazing Cambodian dishes. From meat to chicken to seafood. Everything is done with spices and a mix of sweet, sour, salty and savory of some sort. Love it.
