Other Max's demeanor has been very off since the start, and upon rewatching she sounds a lot more like Safi (not the voice, but the vibe). I bet Safi can somehow shapeshift and feels some sort of hatred towards Max that we simply don't know about yet. Either way, idc about what theory is right or wrong, I'm just really thrilled to see how this develops! Other Max and Safi also had the same scar from the twig

1:10:00 if you think about it theses powers came from nowhere when she was a teen in high school ik cloie had impulsive decisions and wasn't in the best mind set but can we really say using her powers is what caused it. she was already getting visions of the storm before she even discovered the powers but somehow using them is what causes it???(butterfly effect be dammed) and now similar things are happening with Safi getting shot and another hurricane, if you ask me max should have just embraced the powers given especially if she kept them allot of people have there opinions but if we were hit with these powers like her it wouldn't nearly pan out as good as it could of in the first game. and ik cloie caused problems don't get me wrong but she was the realist person and was there through thick and thin hell i don't think max could've lived through it without her plus the hurricane came back regardless so idk if i would say she was the wrong person .

Ok so listen. Other max was Safi. So here’s my kinda theory. Basically yall remember how mad safi was at max after finding out that max was diving up old history and told her to stay tf away? Basically what if she decided to use her powers (that I assume she already had) to shapeshift into max trying to figure something out. Idk what she was trying to figure out but basically it makes sense why other max was mad at max and insulting and stuff. Because safi was mad too. Idk but there’s a lot of game left to play so we’ll find out. But think about my theory mikeeey. Pls.

I did enjoy the soundtrack. I did enjoy the story (I KNOWWW). How could I? Was I emotionally invested in any character? No. Did any character make me cry? No. So I can see what people are talking about in terms of having no attachment whatsoever to any of the characters. Was I left confused at certain times? Yes. Ie when Moses and Vihn were holding hands in a photograph and Moses was telling him about “his telescope.” I don’t know if it was a play on words or if they were both actually romantically involved. But on the other hand, Vihn and Safi were in bed together, but Vihn and Reggie were a thing. It was definitely all over the place in terms of character development. Because I did head tilt when I saw that photo of Moses and Vihn. 10:25 And yes, I thought the same thing too!!! 😂😂😂 Was I surprised when (other Max) happened to be Safi? Yes, I said (oh shhhh) lol I did think other Max was just another Max from the other timeline But by Chapter 3, I was already suspecting something brewing with Safi. I am left wondering about the timeline, there’s the Sun Time Line and the Moon Timeline which we are presently in. There are two multiverses? If I can call it that. But where is Sun Timeline Max? After all, it’s a separate timeline where Safi is alive. I am left confused about that part. I do feel like this game is left without the UMPH everyone with criticism was expecting. The detective I feel could have been utilized in the story more and been a villain. I wasn’t really expecting Lucas being involved. I did suspect Gwen being involved with the book. But I also did wonder if Max held Moses’s hand and crossed over with him, but that would likely be odd to see 2 Moses in one timeline and cause Sun Moses some kind of mental breakdown and leave everyone in a state of panic. Would I say it was HORRIBLE??!!!! No. Did I like Life is Strange 2 and more emotionally invested in the characters? Yes. Do I want my money back? No. If I wanted my money back, it would be for the DLC, which I THANKFULLY did not buy. I did a little research into the DLC, and a lot of people said it wasn’t worth it. For a few costumes and 7-10 minutes of gameplay footage with a cat in episode 2, it should have been free if anything. I honestly don’t know what to give it as far as a rating. Is it a 9 or 10? No. I would give it a 7. I also did feel like we were watching more than actually playing. And I like others felt like decisions didn’t have consequence or consequences detrimental to the way the actual story plays out. Just a few things I want to reiterate and point out, Again, the detective/alderman had so much potential. And it leaves more questions than answers. He just disappeared into nothing. I feel as if he could have been an antagonist. And there was a part that almost made me tear up and is when Moses was making the gingerbread house and the chimney cracked and you needed to go to the “other side” and get another one.
