Hey, I'm actually a playtester for smash remix, and I've experimented with smash 64 modding in the past. You wouldn't believe how much time and effort the devs put into making all of this. I'm always glad to see this mod slowly gaining more and more of the recognition it deserves. Great video hope to see more remix content in the future.

@Linklight Too Marina is a Heavyweight fighter with 5 multiple jumps and immense KO power and great speed. Her Neutral B Command Grab can be used in all four directions and even in the air, making down Command grab in the air an inescapable spike. Her Up B while short range is high in ko power. Her Down B Clanpot absorbs items and projectiles andLevels up depending on the item or projectile. Level 1 is a green crystal for damage and shield breaking. Level 2 is a Shuriken for multihits and brings your enemy closer to you. Level 3 is a boomerang for attacking them rapidly as it comes back Level 4 is the Clan Bomb which does 37% percent. Unique to Smash 64 she has her own 4th Special. Grabbing then pressing B let's you shake them for 5% per shake It can even be used with her Cargo for sacrificial KOS The Clanpot alone has good knockback if you shake it.

Oh, there's more to her grab than that. Shake your opponent enough, and you will spawn a blue crystal. You can then pick it up and throw it at your opponents or pick it up and store it in your Clanpot.

I actually played Marina's game as a kid when I rented it and quite enjoyed it. "Mischief Makers" was the name and it was a puzzle oriented sidescrolling platformer with light hearted humour. I kinda forgot about her until I saw it and immediately the first memory is her iconic "Shake shake" from the game!

There’s a couple reasons why I love this masterpiece more than Smash Ultimate: 1. Victory themes aren’t sped up. 2. Star KOs actually happen when they made them happen less frequently in Ultimate. 3. Original Victory Themes 4. Conker & Marina 5. My childhood, reimagined!:)

@Budgie Cat dude you are missing the point This isn't an official game. We have Giga Bowser and Dark Samus who weren't around. Besides melee mods have Snake and Cloud. All that matters is there series existed at the time . You're gatekeeping. It's a mod not supposed to be legit. Snake and Cloud are viable. I'm not going any farther as I've already stated my case. If Sonic, Nintendo most hated rival could have made it in, then so can Square and Konami I doubted Sonic at first, but ever since he happened it proves it doesn't matter. Now stop arguing about "authenticity" when Persona 5, Pokemon XY and Marvel vs Capcom 2 stages exist in game. All games that are after this.

I wish the roster was arranged more like the original. If you look closely, the original twelve are (with the exception of Luigi) arranged in the order their games were released, with Mario and Donkey Kong being the first and Pikachu and Jigglypuff being the last. But the new characters are just placed at random.

Mischief Makers is an amazing game. Everyone should play it. Also littlet hing you can do with Marina. If you do her normal grab you can shake your opponent like you can in the game and it'll give you a projectile you can one either use an an item or 2, put it in your bag and make better things from it like a stronger projectile or even bombs just like her OG game.

I DID THE SAME THING WITH ARBITRARY EVENT MATCHES AS A KID OMG We should share some of the weirder ones! I made hundreds! One was getting over 1000 feet without using the bat in HRC with every character. And then I got stuck on Young Link and Link for so long I gave up. Or getting the red symbol next to your total high score on all-star (so beating all star on very hard with every character) and adventure was hard (especially with limited continues)

If you've ever played smash 64, you can tell that whoever made this mod really loves the whole smash series, and you can also tell they love 64 the most lol. The whole thing: Sheik's down-b, Marina's general moveset with a command grab on neutral-b (remember! there's no side-b in 64 lol), Dedede in general, so many things are done with the exact vibe of smash 64 in mind that it's kinda crazy.
