Looks good but I noticed you did not add water or any powdered seasonings.. only salt & black pepper? Hmmn.. didn't knew it could cook without adding a little water or powdered seasoning.. next time I will try it your way.. thanks for sharing.

You have to turn down your stove and let it spring all the water..I don't use power seasoning.
