Val I think it's the voltage that you have in your house. For Jamaica they will ask what kind you have some of the items will take a 110 or 220 voltage.

It’s different voltage Val. When I moved back from England to Canada I had to get rid of all appliances because UK is 220 voltage and Canada is 110/120. Anyway nice video 👍🏽. Reminds me of the first time I made run down for hubby - few weeks later he asked me to make that “go down” dish again 😂😂😂😂

Enjoy watching your videos, keep up the good work! One suggestion though: please try getting a large vegetable peeler for use when peeling the potatoes. Was painful to see how much of the potato was being wasted because you were peeling it so deeply 😮. Will always support your channel 🎉
