Nice i had mine 2 days ago i put red kidney bean into it coconut juice season up just like rice sn peas curry chicken an put a lot of shredded vegetables to tge side carrot sweet pepper beetroot cabbabe half of a apple for sweetness.

Hello Val, this recipe is a new twist on tun cornmeal with ur added pumpkin, I’ve had it with salt fish cooked up in it, turn cornmeal was one of my mothers favorite things to make especially with her steam fish and okra, ur dish looks so delicious, I’m definitely going to try my hand at it wish me luck 😅 all the best for the holidays 🙏🏾🕊️🧑🏼‍🎄🎄
