It went through COMCAST and televisions, it's because of a wildfire in the area to get people to voluntarily evacuate. I'm confused that it wasn't on NWR, however.

@@YoshiFan115 They SHOULD, they issue CDW's on NWR when they're weather related. This one SHOULD have been on NWR.
