Sweet, that's the coolest rc car you've tested. Fast little ripper. Really well built. Nice big heat sinks and fans. Really like that it has a separate receiver. I'd swap it out with an elrs Rx to link to my mt12. Happy drifting everyone. 😎

Very fun looking rally RC Car. Has a inner cover to keep dirt / rocks out, agree with you that it does more bad than good. Keeps the rocks and dirt in and the heat. The body pins with the plastic grip things are cool, makes it a lot easier to remove. head lights and brake lights a nice touch. Oil filled shocks, brushless motor, and a gyro ( drifting fun ) all good stuff. Everything seems hobby grade as in you can upgrade all the electronics if you wanted to or needed to. Love the aluminum anodized shocks bodies. Even comes with different sets of tires (offroad, drift, onroad) very nice. the torque steer is probably because of the shaft drive system, and the steering play, not a big deal. Just punch it and have fun. Hope it was just a rock and nothing broke. Looks like a great entry level into RC Cars. Great fun review your having, awesome!!!! Just got one myself, noticed my tires are offset, you mentioned in the vid that you corrected it, how did you do it? i dont seems to find any adjuatment to the steering.

I didn't say they were offset, they were out of alignment. You have to adjust the linkages (toe and camber). You'll have to watch some videos to determine which ones to adjust as yours will be different from mine. Search KZbin for "RC Car Suspension Alignment tutorials".

Deans connector. I used a 3S lipo with an XT60 in this video with an XT60 to Deans adapter.

Awesome bashing and review, Albert!!! 😃 The models from this brand are pretty amazing! But you should've used the undercover thingy... I've never heard about issues with it and it does keep the rocks away. There's another brand as well, Suchiyu or Scy... They also sell under the JJRC brand. They have some even faster than this one! The only issue is that they come with spring shocks, instead of oil shocks like this one. But oil shocks are pretty cheap and their models are also cheaper, so... You know? I have one that looks like a 1930s Ford and I already put oil shocks in it. Now I want the Gantry Pro for off-road. This other model, people drove it over lakes! It's that fast! 😂 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
