Hi, Derek and Catherine..., Every two to three years..., I go back to Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangkok, and Thailand and I love the countries, the people, and their delicious food ! ! As soon as I saw "Best Thai Restaurant"..., I had to watch the video and of course, you made me hungry... LOL I can't fault you for that..., because "Anthony Bourdain" said, "Vietnam and Southeast Asia food is the best, especially street food." Excellent video and informative and "Thank you" for sharing the video. My first trip there a long time ago was not so pleasant. * However today..., all of those countries and major cities are up to date with ultra-modern buildings, apartments and homes, and restaurants and low cost of living... In some large cities in Southeast Asia..., are more modern than some of our American cities... That resembles the Thai food I learned to eat many years ago. Now in Hawaii all Thai food is infected with under cooked green bell peppers and i will no longer go to a Thai restaurant. The food does not taste the same and the near raw and over-powering bell peppers are simply ridiculous.
